What is included in the price?

Trilogy: Your own personal fueled up 103’ motor yacht with Captain and crew member/s depending on the number of guests.
T/T Trilogy: Your own personal fueled up 24’ boat with Captain.

What is provided onboard?

Trilogy: We provide paper goods (paper towels, cups, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates), water bottles, soda cans, a floating water mat, spa pool tub, a grill, and a state room. 
T/T Trilogy: Built in cooler with ice, tube and tow rope for tubing trips (please inform us in your booking if you’re looking to tube), and bathroom.


What should I bring onboard?

Trilogy: Towels, food and additional beverages. Click HERE for a list of recommended local caterers.
T/T Trilogy: Towels, fishing equipment, food, and beverages.

 

How many guests are allowed during a charter?

Trilogy: We have a 12-guest maximum – per Coast Guard regulations – no exceptions.
T/T Trilogy: We have a 6 guest maximum - anything beyond 6 would be uncomfortable.

 

Are children included in the head count?

Trilogy: Yes, children are included in the head count.

Are newborns/infants allowed?

Trilogy: Yes, infants over 30 pounds are allowed.
T/T Trilogy: Yes, infants over 30 pounds are allowed.

 

Can we reschedule our charter in case of unfavorable weather?

Trilogy: Charters cannot be rescheduled due to unfavorable weather conditions. However, the Captain reserves the right to reschedule if severe weather jeopardizes our guests’ safety.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event date may result in a partial refund of 50% depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event are not refundable.

Please note that our cancellation policy may vary depending on the specific details of your booking and any contractual agreements that may be in place. We strive to be flexible and accommodating while also ensuring fair treatment for all parties involved. Charters cannot be rescheduled due to unfavorable weather conditions. How do we connect to the Trilogy's sound system?

Trilogy: You can connect to our speakers via your cell phone Bluetooth setting.

What are the charter destinations?

Trilogy: Our destinations within Boston Harbor include Boston, Charlestown, Encore Casino, Peddocks Island, Georges Island, Little Brewster Island and Nantasket. The route will depend on the duration of your charter.

Do you do charters outside of Boston Harbor?

Trilogy: Yes, depending on your preference and budget we can accommodate overnight charters with destinations to Cape Ann, Provincetown, Block Island, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Contact us for your personalized one in a lifetime experience today!
T/T Trilogy: We do not currently offer overnight excursions aboard the T/T Trilogy.

 

What is not allowed onboard?

Trilogy: Hookahs, smoking in any interior areas, destructive behavior and absolutely no drug use. The captain reserves the right to terminate the charter at any time without a refund in case of unsafe or illegal behavior.

What is the suggested gratuity and how can it be paid?

Trilogy: 15-20% gratuity is suggested which can be paid in cash, Venmo or by credit card.
